Zenphi's Usage Requirements

Zenphi is a powerful no-code automation platform purpose-built for Google Workspace and beyond. With Zenphi, you can automate your business processes without any limitations—whether you're streamlining document generation, routing approvals, syncing data between systems, or managing complex workflows across Google and Microsoft tools.

While Zenphi is designed to offer flexibility, performance, and compatibility across platforms, there are a few recommended usage practices that will ensure you enjoy the smoothest, most reliable, and optimized experience possible.

Think of the following points not as hard requirements, but as best practice guidelines that will help you make the most of everything Zenphi has to offer. This list will evolve as the platform grows.

1. Use Google Chrome for the Best Experience

While Zenphi works on all modern browsers, Google Chrome is the preferred browser for using Zenphi. That’s because Zenphi has been deeply optimized for Chrome, offering the most stable and visually consistent interface.

In some rare cases, other browsers (like Safari or Firefox) might display minor visual inconsistencies or performance issues—especially when using advanced Flow Designer elements. To ensure full compatibility and the smoothest experience, we strongly recommend using Chrome.

💡

Tip: If you're troubleshooting UI issues, switching to Chrome is often the fastest solution.

2. Design Flows on a Desktop or Laptop

Zenphi’s Flow Designer is a powerful tool that gives you complete control over complex business logic using a drag-and-drop interface. While Zenphi is fully responsive and Zenphi Forms and Dashboards work great on mobile and tablets, designing flows is best done on a desktop or laptop.

You can open the Flow Designer on mobile, but screen size and input limitations may lead to a less optimal experience. For tasks like connecting actions, configuring logic branches, and managing complex workflows—use a larger screen for precision and ease of use.

3. Choose the Right Login Method: Google or Microsoft

Zenphi gives you the flexibility to log in using either a Google or a Microsoft account, depending on what your organization primarily uses for identity and access.

  • If your organization is on Google Workspace, logging in with your Google account is the most natural choice.
  • If you’re on Microsoft 365, using your Microsoft account ensures seamless alignment with your organization’s systems.

Important to note: Your login choice does not limit which services you can automate with Zenphi. For example, even if you log in with a Google account, you can still connect and automate Microsoft services (like Outlook, Teams, or OneDrive) as long as you provide the appropriate Microsoft credentials. The same applies the other way around—logging in with a Microsoft account still allows you to connect Google services such as Docs, Sheets, Gmail, or Drive.

This flexibility is one of Zenphi’s core strengths—giving you the freedom to bring together Google and Microsoft ecosystems in a single flow, regardless of how you sign in.

🧠 Final Thoughts

Zenphi is committed to delivering a seamless, high-performance automation experience across the tools and environments you use every day. While there are no hard limitations, following these simple guidelines will help you get the most from your automation journey.
