Usage

The "Assign License" action in the Google Directory category for Zenphi allows you to automatically assign licenses to a user’s Google Workspace account. This is useful for managing product and service licenses, ensuring users have the correct access based on their roles. By specifying the Product ID and SKU ID, you can streamline license assignments, making user account management more efficient.


Fields

  1. Connection
    This field establishes a connection to your Google Directory account. It allows Zenphi to authenticate and manage licenses for users within your Google Workspace environment.
  2. User Primary Email
    The primary email address of the user you want to assign a license to. This ensures the license is applied to the correct user account.
  3. Product ID
    The unique identifier for the Google product for which you are assigning a license. It specifies the product category, such as Google Workspace or other related services.
  4. SKU ID
    Input the specific SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) ID related to the product. The SKU ID defines the exact service plan or version of the product

Demonstration on how to use it in a flow

  1. Drag and drop "Assign License" action into the flow.
  2. Set the name of your choice or let it be as default.
  3. Click the gear icon to open its settings.
  1. Enter the email address of the user to whom you want to assign a license. For example, input [email protected] to specify the user account.
  2. Input the Product ID that represents the specific Google product for the license. For instance, you might enter Google-Workspace if you are assigning a Google Workspace license.
  3. Provide the SKU ID related to the product's plan or version. For example, input Google-Apps-Unlimited if you’re assigning a G Suite Business license.
