This field connects Zenphi to your Google Directory account, enabling it to manage roles within your Google Workspace environment. - Customer Id
Enter the Customer ID associated with your Google Workspace account. This ID uniquely identifies your organization and ensures the action is performed in the correct environment. - Role Id
Provide the Role ID of the custom role you wish to delete. This ID is a unique identifier for the role, allowing precise selection and removal of the specific role from your Google Workspace.
Demonstration on how to use it in a flow
- Drag and drop "Delete Role" action into the flow.
- Set the name of your choice or let it be as default.
- Click the gear icon to open its settings.
- Select the Google Directory connection you have set up in Zenphi. This connection allows Zenphi to interact with your Google Workspace and manage roles effectively.
- Enter your Customer ID for the Google Workspace account from which you want to delete the role. For example, you might input C012345 to uniquely identify your organization.
- Input the Role ID of the role you wish to delete. For instance, if you want to remove a role called "IT Admin," you would enter its corresponding Role ID (e.g., role1234).
