Insert Sheets Chart into Slide

Automatically put the Charts from Google Sheets into specified Google Slides at any step of your workflow

Fields

  1. Connection - Your selected Google Drive connection. Note that you have to select the connection where you have access to view, edit, create, and delete files.

Source Sheet Data

  1. Spreadsheet File Id - The Google Sheet File from which you want to take the Chart. You can pick the file from your Google Drive folders by clicking on the Drive icon or using a Token Picker.
  2. Sheet Name - You can pick the needed Sheet from the drop-down that appears when you click the Google Sheets icon or use a Token Picker.
  3. Chart title - it is displayed on top of your Chart

Target Presentation

  1. Source Slide File Id -The Google Slides file where you want to insert the Chart. You can pick the file from your Google Drive folders by clicking on the Drive icon or using a Token Picker.

Select Based On Slide Numbers or Slide ID

  1. Slide ID/Number - to find a Slide ID, open the slide and copy everything that is indicated after id.{{SlideID}} in the Slide URL. For example, gc6f9e470d_0_0.

Slide numbers are located on the left sidebar.

  1. Chart placeholder name - to indicate the specific place on the Slide where you want to put the Chart, create a shape, right-click on it and find the Alt text option.

Then, specify the placeholder in the Title:

Put the same title inside the zenphi field:

Result

Upon executing this Flow, the "User types" chart was inserted from Google Sheets to Google Slide.
