Usage

Google Vault is a tool provided by Google Workspace that helps organizations manage and retain their email and chat data for compliance and legal purposes. It allows you to search, retain, export, and place legal holds on data. This action creates an export from google vault.

Fields

1.Connection - Connection is the way to authorize zenphi to interact with the specified system on your behalf, If your process needs to interact with another system.

2.Matter - to extract the matter ID from the URL in the Google Vault Admin Console, you can follow these steps:

  1. Open the Google Vault Admin Console in your web browser. It's like stepping into a high-tech control room2. Navigate to the specific matter for which you want to find the ID. It could be related to holds, compliance, or any other data management task.
  2. Look at the URL in your browser's address bar. It's like the digital coordinates guiding you through the vastness of the internet.
  3. In the URL, you'll notice a section that contains the matter ID. It's usually a combination of letters, numbers, or both. The matter ID is typically located after the "matters/" part of the URL.

3.Choose Service - Here you choose what service to extract data from. you can choose gmail, google drive, groups or chats.

Demonstration on how to use it in a flow

1.Drag and drop the Create Export action into the flow.

2.Set the name of your choice or let it be as default

3.Click the gear icon to open its settings.

4.Authorize a connection for zenphi.

5.Enter the matter ID.

6.Choose the desired service for export.
