Convert Image(s) to PDF

Usage

You can use this tool to convert images to PDF format.

Fields

1.Image Files - Here you can choose from the desired images that are uploaded on a google drive.

2.Image Placement - Use this to specify the position of the image on the created document.

3.Page Size - Use this to determine the page size for the PDF document. example: A4

4.File Name - Here you type the name of the created PDF.

5.Password Protect - Turn this on if you wish to set a password for your document.

6.Enable Document Restriction - Turn this on to enable Restrictions for copying, printing, etc. you can set a password

7.Read Only - Use this to make the document read-only.

8.Allow Annotations - Enable this to allow users to Annotate the document with comments.

9.Allow Copy Paste Content - Enable this to allow users to extract content from the document.

10.Allow Form Data - Enable this to allow users to fill in forms on the Document.

Demonstration on how to use it in a flow

1.Drag and drop the Convert Image to PDF action into the flow.

2.Set the name of your choice or let it be as default

3.Click the gear icon to open its settings.

4.Choose the images you want to convert from a google drive using token finder.

5.Choose the position of the images on the document.(Center, Top Right, etc.)

6.Choose the page size for the document.

7.Name the created document.

8.Set a password for opening the document, if desired.

9.Set a password to restrict copying or printing the document. you can choose the actions you would like to restrict for users.

10.Specify whether you want to allow users to edit the document's contents or not.

11.Specify whether you want to allow users to Annotate the document with comments or not.

12.Specify whether you want to allow users to extract content from the document or not.

13.Specify whether you want to allow users to fill in forms on the document or not.
