1. Zenphi Spaces

We're introducing the upgraded zenphi experience, so you can work smarter!

At zenphi we strive to simplify your automation journey and the best way to do it is by listening to your feedback. We heard your feedback loud and clear that you would like to be able to have all related process assets in one place. That's why we created Spaces, an easy way to organize and manage all assets related to a process, Flows, Tables, Dashboards, AI models, etc. in one place.



2. New Templates

Automate faster with pre-built Spaces:

  • Google Workspace Admin

    This Space template contains a set of workflows to automate the most common mundane IT tasks. Anything from updating email signatures of employees, to provisioning a new user, offboarding a user, creating a new Google Group, etc.

  • SaaS Customer License management

    Issuing, managing, and keeping an eye on renewals of your customers can be a mundane and time-consuming task. It can also result in lost opportunities.

    Using this space you can keep a record of issued licenses for your customers, automatically send renewal notices to the account manager, and automatically cancel the licenses which are expired.

  • Expense Reimbursement

    This template enables you to automate your expense reimbursement process. Your employees can submit their expense claim using a digital form. They can specify the expense information and attach the receipts to the form.


3. Asana actions

Asana helps you manage projects, focus on what’s important, and organize work in one place for seamless collaboration. Now with zenphi you can add some automation magic to put your workflows on autopilot.


4. Google Slides - Merge Slides action

Finally, a super simple and quick way to merge two presentations into one without hours of copy-pasting! Just launch this new Google Slide action in zenphi.


5. Copy Item and Move Item in Google Drive actions improvement - ability to rename a file

Now, when you Move or Copy the Google Drive item with zenphi actions, you have the option to rename the Item.
