This action allows you to examine a Gmail inbox and collect email addresses of current and incoming emails.

Name - Is pre-filled by the default action name. You can choose to rename this step for the sake of naming convention.

Email Address - This is where you configure what part of the email you want to retrieve and log as a structured data.

Demonstration on how to use it in a flow

Drag and drop Parse Email Address action into your flow.

Start configuring the action by clicking the gear button. 

In the Email Address field, click the parameter icon. And under Trigger select the email element you want to parse, such as From.
